This workshop will describe some practical proven techniques for ensuring successful delivery of software development projects. These recommendations are based on Dave’s experience leading many different software development projects around the world during his career with a variety of companies including IBM, Infowave, NGRAIN, and most recently SAP Business Objects.

The workshop leader, Sabina Nawaz, worked for Microsoft for 15 years before starting her own business in 2005. Sabina began her career in software development and then worked in a variety of Microsoft Human Resources leadership positions. She has a BA in Computer Science and a M.S. in Computer Systems Engineering.
